A 1996 graduate of the University of Indianapolis with a baccalaureate in nursing and minor in psychology.​

2021 graduate with a Masters of Science in Nursing degree for Family Nurse Practitioner. Board Certified with The American Association of Nurse Practitioners.​

Lisa has taken many extra trainings in myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, infant massage, and certificate programs in holistic lactation, functional medicine, and myofunctional therapy.

She is active as board member with the International Affiliation of Tongue Tie Professionals, Member of the International Lactation Consultant Association, United States Lactation Consultant Association, The International Consortium of Ankylofrenula Professionals, and the Applied Academy of Myofunctional Sciences.
