Payment and Insurance...
I am fee for service at time of service and accept HSA/FSA or regular credit cards for payment.
I am in network with Lactation Network which pays for lactation visits with some Anthem and Cigna insurance plans.
Some insurance plans will pre-authorize a lactation consult if you call before our appointment time. I can provide a Superbill receipt if requested that can be submitted along with a claim form that the patient files with the insurance company for *possible* reimbursement of the fee.
